Important Notice: This agreement details the auto-renewal mechanism for LiveWallpaper Pro membership service. Please read carefully and fully understand the content of this agreement, especially regarding auto-renewal, cancellation of renewal, and refund policies.
1. When you purchase a LiveWallpaper Pro membership subscription service, if you choose auto-renewal subscription plans such as "Weekly Auto-Renewal", "Monthly Auto-Renewal", or "Yearly Auto-Renewal", you agree to enable the auto-renewal feature.
2. The auto-renewal feature will automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next period from your payment account within 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.
3. After successful renewal, your membership service will automatically extend for the corresponding subscription cycle (weekly/monthly/yearly).
4. Auto-renewal will continue until you actively cancel the auto-renewal feature.
1. Renewal Time: The system will attempt to automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.
2. Payment Method: Renewal fees will be automatically deducted from the payment account you used for purchase (such as the payment method bound to your Apple ID).
3. Payment Amount: The renewal amount is the same as the price at your first purchase, unless we notify you in advance of price changes.
4. Payment Failure: If auto-renewal payment fails (such as insufficient account balance, invalid payment method, etc.), your membership service will automatically terminate after the current subscription period ends.
1. Cancellation Method: You can cancel the auto-renewal feature at any time during your subscription period.
2. Cancellation Steps:
• Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone/iPad
• Tap your Apple ID (showing your name at the top)
• Select "Subscriptions"
• Find the "LiveWallpaper" subscription
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"
3. Cancellation Effective Time: After canceling auto-renewal, you can still enjoy all membership benefits during your current subscription period until the current subscription period ends. After the subscription period ends, it will no longer auto-renew.
4. Re-subscription: After canceling auto-renewal, you can re-subscribe at any time. Re-subscription will re-enable the auto-renewal feature.
1. We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices based on business development needs.
2. If prices change, we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other appropriate means before renewal.
3. Price change notifications are usually sent at least 7 days before renewal.
4. If you continue to use the service after receiving a price change notification, it is deemed that you accept the new price. If you do not accept the new price, please cancel auto-renewal before renewal.
5. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period that you have already purchased, and will only take effect at the next renewal.
1. Weekly Auto-Renewal: The subscription cycle is 7 days, automatically renewing every 7 days.
2. Monthly Auto-Renewal: The subscription cycle is 30 days (or calendar month), automatically renewing every 30 days.
3. Yearly Auto-Renewal: The subscription cycle is 365 days (or calendar year), automatically renewing every 365 days.
4. The subscription period starts from when you successfully pay the subscription fee and automatically renews within 24 hours before expiration.
1. The refund policy for auto-renewal follows Apple App Store's refund policy.
2. You can apply for a refund through Apple App Store within a certain period after purchase (usually within 48 hours after purchase).
3. Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store. We cannot directly process refund requests.
4. After a successful refund, your membership will be immediately canceled and you will no longer be able to use Pro membership features.
5. No refund will be provided for membership canceled due to violation of the service agreement.
1. If auto-renewal fails due to payment account issues, your membership service will be suspended after the current subscription period ends.
2. You can re-subscribe after resolving payment issues, and re-subscription will restore your membership benefits.
3. For renewal failures due to technical faults, we will do our best to help you restore service, but cannot guarantee restoration.
1. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment account has sufficient balance or a valid payment method to ensure successful auto-renewal.
2. You should update your payment account information in a timely manner, such as changing credit cards, updating billing addresses, etc.
3. We are not responsible for renewal failures caused by your payment account issues.
4. You should properly keep your account information to prevent unauthorized use of your account for subscriptions.
1. We have the right to adjust subscription prices and renewal mechanisms based on business development needs.
2. We have the right to suspend or terminate related subscriptions when abnormal subscription behavior is detected (such as malicious orders, fraud, etc.).
3. We have the right to modify this auto-renewal agreement when necessary. Modified agreements will be published in the app.
1. We are not responsible for renewal failures caused by third-party reasons such as payment system failures or network issues.
2. We are not responsible for renewal failures caused by your failure to update payment information in time or insufficient account balance.
3. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.).
We reserve the right to modify this auto-renewal agreement at any time. Modified agreements will be published in the app, and continued use of the auto-renewal service is deemed acceptance of the modified agreement. We will notify you of significant changes through appropriate means.
The formation, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If disputes arise from this agreement, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in our location.
